The YWZ level gauge series are essential accessories of the oil tank, lubricating device, cooling box and gear-driven box which show the value of level and temperature of the fluid.  

This product has a novel design and nice looking, the fluid level and temperature show clearly, superior assembly performance, there are these advantages of solidity, anti-vibration,anti-cracking and anti-leakage etc. This product can be designed into 63 kinds of specifications.

According to the center distance (E) size, two mounting holes are processed, such as the wall thickness of tank ≤10mm,

the unthreaded hole of two mounting screws isφ 11 mm; If the wall thickness of tank  > 10 mm, the thread hole of two mounting screw is M10.

YWZ - ET tightening torque 8-10N·m, YWZ - E - C (-T) tightening torque 6-8N·m , YWZ - E - A tightening torque 8-10N·m.

In order to prevent leakage after installation, the surface of 2 holes should be processed. Level gauge accessories:

nut, washer, sealing flat washer with two pieces for each type provided by our company.

4. Ordering instruction

The specification should be chosen according to the oil tank level,

if level gauge with center distance of screw hole 250mm is needed without thermometer, the model should be YWZ - 250;

If with the thermometer, the model should be YWZ-250T.

Note: The surface of YWZ series is forbidden to contact with isoamyl acetate also called banana oil.

with high capacity, long life, high reliable in full compliance with our customer's  requirement.
